|   The conversion cost depends on the source media you are converting from, and the number of files transferred. We can copy the converted data to a destination media of your choice, such as CD, DVD, IBM-PC floppy disks, flash drives, memory cards, etc., or we can email the converted data to you (your choice). There is no charge for CD, DVD or floppy disk destination media. Conversion from Floppy Disks Conversion of floppy disks costs $1 per file, plus a per-disk charge determined from the table below. SS = single-sided disk (single- or double-density)
DS = double-sided disk (single- or double-density)
HD = high-density, double-sided disk (1.2Mb 5¼" or 1.4M 3½")
UD = ultra-density, double-sided disk (2.8 MB 3½")

Quantity Discounts Discounts are available for quantity. We can let you know your exact discount once we know the quantity. Unreadable Media A $5 charge applies to an unreadable disk, tape or cartridge. There is no conversion or per-file charge for unreadable media. Investigating Content A charge of $5 per disk, tape or cartridge applies if you have us investigate your media and files, and then decide not to proceed. Shipping and Sales Tax Shipping and handling charges apply for return shipping of media. If in NY state, please add 8% sales tax unless you are tax-exempt. - PO's from Government Agencies, Universities/Colleges and Hospitals
Along with your order, please include a cheque or credit card information for: -
$5 per disk, tape or cartridge; and -
$9.50 return shipping if you wish to have your media returned to you. The remainder may be paid after your job is finished. In some cases, depending on the type of conversion and quantity, partial payment may be due at the start of a job. |
