This charge does not apply if you only want the untranslated files as read from the original media.Return Shipping and Handling
The shipping and handling cost to return your materials and the converted files is $9.50 by USPS First Class Mail, or $29.50 by Fedex. This does not apply if we email you the converted files (total 2MB or less) and you don’t want your original media returned to you.Quantity Discounts

A soft-sectored disk is one that has only one index hole punched
into the magnetic media (some soft-sectored disks don’t have an
index hole at all). You can determine if an 8” or 5¼" disk is soft-
sectored by carefully turning the media in its jacket ,and looking
through the jacket hole for holes punched in the media. If you
don’t see any holes in the media, or only one hole over a
complete revolution, then it is a soft-sectored disk.
A hard-sectored disk is one that has multiple holes punched into
the magnetic media. You can determine if an 8” or 5¼" disk is
hard-sectored by carefully turning the media in its jacket ,and
looking through the jacket hole for holes punched in the media. If
you see several holes over one revolution, then it is a hard-
sectored disk.
